The Institute is having the privilege to be located at the heart of the city in Unit-8, Bhubaneswar. It is functioning in its own building extending to an area of 3.4 acres of land. The present administrative and training block is a two-storied one. Besides, it possesses a well-furnished hostel accommodating 150 borders. Most of the programs conducted at this institute are residential.
The diversification of its activities from training to general education like MBA, Computer, and Retail Management, etc. created the scarcity of classrooms and other infrastructural facilities. To meet the need, Annex two-storied Building having 4 large classrooms has been completed, which was inaugurated on 07.09.2002. We are planning to go for construction of some classrooms in the future subject availability of funds and other related supports.
